As the Manufacturing Engineer, you will be working alongside a market-leading Defence and Aerospace company who are constantly growing and developing. They are always looking to bring on new talents such as yourself and further develop your skills to enable you to grow within the company and industry.

You will be involved in:

Analyse Industrial Capability of Potential suppliers

Contribute to the Transfer of Work project team within the supplier network

Organise industrial kick-off meeting with the supplier

Lead Supplier Industrial Reviews until Industrial Coordination Handover

Participate in Root Cause Analysis of Technical Abnormalities with Procurement Operations

Contribute to design to manufacture for industrialisation within Design Reviews

Your skillset & experience:

Technical background in manufacturing engineering with a manufacturing background

Knowledge of manufacturing processes and methods, and the ability to assess design drawings for detailed manufacture with particular focus on manufacturability

Have a good understanding of tolerances and drawing dimensioning with machineability in mind

Working knowledge of CATIA

Aerospace experience/background is ideal

Degree level in Engineering or equivalent
