Our client is seeking an experienced Vehicle Service Advisor to join their franchise-approved dealership in Salisbury, Wiltshire. This is an excellent opportunity to join a respected dealer group operating across the South and South West of England for more than 25 years. As a Vehicle Service Advisor, you will deliver professional customer service while vehicles are progressing through the workshop. The role offers a negotiable starting salary, performance-related bonus scheme and strong long-term career prospects.

Benefits:

Negotiable starting salary plus bonus scheme, with on-target earnings of approximately £35,000 per annum.

Monday to Friday, 9:00am to 6:00pm, with one in three Saturdays from 8:30am to 1:00pm, paid as overtime.

As a Service Advisor, provide a courteous and efficient service to customers throughout the repair process.

Track vehicle progress through the workshop and communicate updates clearly.

Liaise with workshop and parts department colleagues.

Discuss additional work requirements and associated costs with customers.

Schedule and accurately record work.

Support the aftersales team with file auditing, service bookings, order preparation, invoicing and new vehicle registrations.

Maintain high standards of customer satisfaction and administrative accuracy.Requirements:

To succeed as a Vehicle Service Advisor, you will need previous experience in a similar role or another customer service position within the motor trade.

Excellent communication and organisational skills.

Strong IT literacy; experience using Pinewood Pinnacle would be advantageous.

A professional, customer-focused approach.

A full UK driving licence with minimal points.
