We are seeking a skilled Vehicle Technician to join our clients high-performing main dealer aftersales team in Exeter. This is a full-time opportunity offering a competitive basic salary of £37,000, with an OTE of £44,000, plus manufacturer training and excellent opportunities for career development.

Carry out servicing and maintenance across a range of vehicles as the Vehicle Technician

Complete diagnostic investigations, warranty repairs and general mechanical work

Perform routine maintenance, including oil changes and cambelt replacements

Conduct electronic vehicle health checks to identify additional work requirements

Complete digital write-ups and job cards accurately as the Vehicle Technician

Follow manufacturer procedures and maintain high standards of safety and quality

Work collaboratively with the wider aftersales team to deliver excellent customer serviceRequirements:

A recognised Level 3 qualification, such as IMI, City & Guilds or an equivalent qualification

Previous experience in a Vehicle Technician or Service Technician role

Experience of servicing, maintenance and diagnostic repair work

Exposure to warranty repairs would be advantageous

A valid MOT Tester licence would be beneficial, although full training can be provided

Strong attention to detail and a commitment to following processes

A customer-focused, can-do attitude with a willingness to learn and develop
