The Opportunity

A leading manufacturer is seeking a Senior Quality Engineer to join its quality leadership team. This role offers the opportunity to drive quality improvements, support customer requirements, lead quality investigations, and develop a culture of continuous improvement within a highly regulated manufacturing environment.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and support a team of Quality Engineers and Technicians.

Manage customer quality issues and corrective action activities.

Conduct Root Cause Analysis and 8D investigations.

Maintain and improve the Quality Management System.

Lead internal audits and support external audits.

Drive continuous improvement initiatives across manufacturing processes.

Monitor quality performance using SPC, MSA and key metrics.

Support supplier quality activities and risk reduction programmes.What We're Looking For

Experience in a Quality Engineer or Senior Quality Engineer position within manufacturing.

Strong understanding of AS9100 and/or ISO 9001 standards.

Experience with Root Cause Analysis, 8D, APQP, PPAP, FMEA, SPC and MSA.

Background in machining, assembly or precision engineering environments.

Proven ability to lead improvement projects and collaborate across teams.

Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.

Six Sigma qualification is advantageous.Qualifications

Degree-qualified in Engineering, Manufacturing or a related discipline, or

Equivalent experience within a quality-focused manufacturing environment.Benefits
