We are currently recruiting for an experienced Panel Technician to join our client's busy accident repair centre in Scunthorpe.

The Role – Panel Technician
Working within a busy accident repair centre, you will be responsible for carrying out high-quality vehicle body repairs and panel replacements, ensuring vehicles are restored safely and efficiently to their pre-accident condition.
Your responsibilities will include:
- Carrying out vehicle body repairs and panel replacements to manufacturer standards.
- Assessing accident damage and identifying suitable repair methods.
- Removing, repairing and refitting vehicle body panels and associated components.
- Completing structural and non-structural panel repairs where required.
- Working on a variety of vehicle makes and models.
- Ensuring repairs meet manufacturer specifications and quality standards.
- Working alongside Paint and MET Technicians to ensure efficient vehicle repairs.
- Maintaining a clean, safe and organised workshop environment.
Requirements – Panel Technician / Panel Beater
The successful candidate will ideally have:
- Previous experience as a Panel Technician, Panel Beater or Automotive Body Repair Technician.
- Experience working within an accident repair centre or automotive bodyshop.
- Strong vehicle panel repair, replacement and removal/refitting skills.
- Knowledge of modern vehicle construction and repair methods.
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to quality workmanship.
- The ability to work efficiently within a busy workshop environment.
- A proactive and team-focused approach.
ATA, NVQ Level 2 or 3, IMI or equivalent automotive body repair qualifications would be advantageous.
