Panel Technician / Panel Beater

Location: Nottingham

Rate: Up to £25 per hour + uncapped bonus

Our client is looking for an experienced Panel Technician to join their busy accident repair centre in Nottingham. This is an excellent opportunity for a skilled Panel Beater to secure ongoing work with a well-established automotive repair business, offering a competitive hourly rate and the opportunity to significantly increase earnings through an uncapped bonus scheme.

The successful candidate will be responsible for carrying out high-quality vehicle body repairs, ensuring all work is completed safely, efficiently and to a high standard.

The Role

• Carry out structural and non-structural vehicle body repairs.
• Repair and replace damaged vehicle panels.
• Strip and refit components where required.
• Assess vehicle damage and determine the necessary repair methods.
• Work with modern vehicle materials and repair techniques.
• Ensure all repairs meet quality and safety standards.
• Work alongside Paint and MET Technicians to complete repairs efficiently.
• Maintain a clean and organised working environment.

What We're Looking For

• Previous experience as a Panel Technician, Panel Beater or Vehicle Body Repair Technician.
• Strong knowledge of vehicle panel repair and replacement.
• Experience working within an accident repair centre or bodyshop.
• Ability to produce high-quality repairs while working to deadlines.
• Good attention to detail and a team-focused approach.
• ATA, NVQ or IMI qualifications would be advantageous.
