Our well-established car dealership in Kingston upon Thames, Surrey, is seeking an Aftersales Advisor to join our busy, customer-focused team. This is an excellent opportunity for an experienced automotive professional with service or parts knowledge to develop their career within a supportive dealership environment.
Benefits:
Basic salary of up to £33,000, depending on experience
Bonus linked to departmental profit
OTE of up to £37,000
Monday to Friday, 8.00am to 6.00pm
Saturdays worked on a manageable rota

As an Aftersales Advisor, welcome customers and provide professional support throughout their vehicle ownership experience
Book vehicles into the workshop for servicing, maintenance and repairs
Advise customers on recommended work, costs and completion timescales
Prepare accurate estimates and provide regular updates throughout the repair process
Liaise with technicians, parts suppliers and internal departments to ensure efficient workflow
Identify additional work requirements and explain these clearly to customers
Support parts-related enquiries and ensure the correct components are available
Maintain accurate records and deliver consistently high customer service
The Aftersales Advisor will help ensure every customer receives a professional and seamless experienceRequirements:
Previous experience as an Aftersales Advisor, Service Advisor or Parts Advisor within the motor trade
Strong knowledge of vehicle servicing, maintenance and repair processes
Confident communication skills and the ability to build rapport with customers
Excellent organisation and attention to detail
Professional, customer-focused approach
Ability to work effectively in a busy dealership environment
A full UK driving licence would be advantageous
