We are recruiting on behalf of a reputable, family-run car dealership seeking an experienced PDI Technician to join its supportive team in Croydon, Surrey. This PDI Technician role offers long-term stability, professional development and an excellent working environment.

Benefits:

£38,000–£42,000 basic salary, depending on experience

Performance bonus potential

Monday to Friday, 8:00am–6:00pm

45-hour working week with no weekends

The successful PDI Technician will have clear opportunities to develop their automotive careerDuties:

As a PDI Technician, conduct thorough vehicle inspections to ensure quality standards are met

Complete final road tests and accessory installations

Prepare new and used vehicles for sale

Ensure all vehicles meet dealership presentation and safety standards

Complete all required paperwork accurately and efficiently

Identify and report vehicle defects or issues during the PDI processRequirements:

Proven experience as a PDI Technician or in a similar vehicle preparation role

NVQ Level 3 or equivalent automotive qualification

Valid UK driving licence

Strong attention to detail and pride in your work

Own tools and equipment

Dedicated, reliable and committed approach
