We’re recruiting a driven, ambitious and enthusiastic Trainee Car Sales Executive to join a prestigious main dealer representing premium automotive brands in Eastbourne.

This is a fantastic opportunity for someone with previous sales or customer-facing experience who is looking to take the next step in their career, develop their skills and build a successful career in automotive sales.

You don't necessarily need previous motor trade experience – what matters is your attitude, ambition and determination to succeed!

What we're looking for:

• Previous sales or customer-facing experience.
• A confident, outgoing personality with a natural ability to build relationships.
• Someone with plenty of drive, enthusiasm and a genuine desire to succeed.
• A strong work ethic and the motivation to achieve targets.
• A commercial mindset with the ambition to earn excellent money.
• A willingness to learn, develop and make the most of the opportunity.

What's on offer?

This is an opportunity where your hard work and results can genuinely pay off!

• Basic salary: £15,995.
• 6-month earnings guarantee: £30,000 pro rata.
• Realistic OTE: £45,000–£50,000, with top performers earning up to £95,000!
• Achieve around 12–15 vehicle sales per month to earn £45,000–£50,000.
• 25 days holiday plus bank holidays.
• Company car and fuel card, including personal use.
• CBS scheme for family.
• Healthcare scheme.
• On-site parking for demonstrator vehicles.

Working hours:

• Monday to Friday: 8:30am – 6:00pm.
• Saturday: 9:00am – 5:00pm.
• 1 in 3 Saturdays: 10:00am – 4:00pm.
