We are seeking an experienced Vehicle Technician to join our established main dealer in Norwich, Norfolk. This is an excellent opportunity to build a long-term career with a respected business offering a stable working environment, strong earning potential and genuine progression.

Benefits:

Basic salary of £35,000

OTE of £38,000

Monday to Friday, 8:00am–5:00pm

One in four Saturday mornings, paid at time and a half

Carry out servicing, maintenance and repairs to a high standard

Diagnose faults accurately using appropriate tools and equipment

Complete routine inspections and repair work efficiently

Ensure all work meets manufacturer and business standards

Maintain a clean, safe and organised workshop

Communicate effectively with colleagues to support excellent customer service

As a Vehicle Technician, deliver reliable workmanship and maintain professional standardsRequirements:

Previous experience as a Vehicle Technician within a motor trade workshop

Strong technical knowledge and diagnostic ability

Excellent attention to detail and a professional approach

Ability to work efficiently independently and as part of a team

Commitment to delivering high-quality workmanship
